Riverboat ride at MK questions

Hi all,

Is this ride still in operation? If so, does anyone have any experience with being the first one there and asking to be the captain? Is that for every time the boat takes off, or just the first time of the day? Do they only let little ones do it, or would they let my DD12? Thanks,

The ride is still there but I don't know about the captain part. Maybe somebody else will know. Good luck!
