River Belle Terrace Table Service

Just wanted to let you all know that reservations for River Belle Terrace as a Table Service restaurant has now opened. I've been checking the Disneyland Dining website almost daily to see if it's opened and they finally did as of January 5th. The restaurant switches over from Quick Service to Table Service on February 10th. I booked a dinner reservation for our upcoming trip in February!!

Thanks for posting this, I've been watching for it to come available. I hope they post more detail about the menu soon, but I went ahead and made a reservation even without those details. I kind of expected Riverbelle to be included in the PTN packages, I wonder if that will be coming in the future.

We ate here for the Fantasmic Dinner package on 12/29/2015. We were not too impressed. You have a choice of salad or soup. The salad was bagged lettuce with standard salad dressings to choose from. The corn chowder tasted like it was from a can.

The steak and shrimp looked really good, but the entire plate was cold – the veggies, mashed potatoes, steak and shrimp were all cold. The plates were dropped and we didn’t see our waiter until the dessert was served by someone else.

I didn’t want to cause trouble, so I just ate what was there – some of it anyway. I did tell the waitress that served the dessert it was all cold, just in case she cared and she seemed shocked – said that has “never” happened before. Perhaps I just had a bad experience, but the salad and soup were pretty sad.

I admit we choose the place because of the show and not the food, but I know they can do better than this for $42.00 per person. On the plus side, the view was great and the heaters on the patio did keep us warm on that very cold night.

River Belle isn't doing packages anymore with Fantasmic going down for refurb. It's becoming a table service restaurant with a new southern bbq menu. I'm hoping the new menu is good. It won't replace BIg Thunder BBQ but at least it's a place to get BBQ. Hopefully they will release info on the new menu soon.

We will be trying out the new menu and table service on March 13th! The indoor area is a nice respite from the heat, but fairly small and potentially very loud. The Terrace is a really nice outdoor experience too.

I noticed today the Disneyland website had the list of starters and entrees for the menu starting 2/10 but no details and it only mentioned assorted desserts. There were no prices listed either. Hoping more info shows up on the menu.

For what it's worth we ate at RBT for a F! Dinner and we all agreed it was amazing! Great food and service!! We enjoyed the food so much our waitress actually offered to and did bring us out extra servings of the potatoes. I was also hoping they would include this one into the PTN packages but if it's similar to the dinner before we will be there.
