River Belle Terrace Premium Fantasmic Dining Package

Hi All,
Going to try to get the premium fantasmic package at the riverbelle tomorrow for 9/28. I know I have to on the ready at 6am pacific time, but not sure if I book via the regular link:

and look for something that says premium package, or if there's a special link. I looked this morning at around 6:30, but I didn't see anything.

I booked using the regular Fantasmic pages, then looked for River Belle premium among the other listings (it was about 5 or 6 down). Good luck! I got it on my second day trying, when I knew what I was looking for and was just that bit faster.
 
Thank Sophy1996!! Tried this morning, and didn't see anything that said premium. I could pick a 7:00 dining time and it said "Special" but I don't think that was actually it. I'll keep trying today and see if something pops up.

When I booked, it was part of the list with all the other packages. Then when I selected it, there was one time slot at 7:15 pm. The premium package was gone from the list within seconds.

I was discussing with our server how hard it was to get the package. She said that one can visit RB in the morning to see if there were any cancellations, and even try that night to see if there are any no-shows. That occasionally happens.
 
I've been looking ahead at the latest date to see if it shows the premium package and have never seen it. My family and I will be going the first week of December and I was hoping to get this because my DH has knee issues and can't sit on the ground. Let us know if you get it and how it worked, thanks and good luck!!

It will clearly say Premium, the Special reservations are for the waterside viewing area

It’s always gone within seconds of dining reservations opening at 6 am Pacific time.
 
I tried for 4 days for my visit. I attempted to start right at 6PT but never saw it.
 
Is the seating pre-assigned or if I show up well before 715 would I get my choice of table? I was somehow lucky enough to grab a reservation this past weekend for my trip on 8/12. I'd like to get a table closest to the wall to have the best view of Fantasmic.

I had originally given up on getting a reservation as 60 days before 8/12 and 8/13 there was nothing available, and then a few days later Disney randomly dropped the entire week.

The tables are preassigned, with name plates on them.
 
It’s pre assigned. One party was all upset that they didn’t line up in the right spot and didn’t realize the tables were pre assigned and they had the best table/view.

For those that don't know, check in for regular dining or regular Fantasmic River Belle packages is on the waterfront side of the restaurant (teal arrow below). The premium Fantasmic dining, check in is on the Treehouse (Adventureland) side of the restaurant (blue arrow below).

Thank you!! I am sitting for the Premium package in less than 3 weeks!
 
As others have said, it's preassigned. When we did it, we were told that it's assigned based on the time that you sign up, with the earliest reservations getting the front tables. Since these reservations go within a minute or two of becoming available, take that for what it's worth. However, we've been seated at a table that wasn't at the front and it was fine.
 
Make sure to check dining reservations at random times to see if one pops up....you could happen upon a sudden cancelation. Prior to our trip a few months ago, I would check random times during our trip for a specific reservation I needed (and eventually got), but during the period, I saw every possible reservation available at some point...with the exception of Trader Sams. F! Premium did come up over the month and a half of checking, but only once.
I also recommend checking with the restaurant on the day of to see if they happen to have any cancelations. I have gotten the package this way before. I had already booked the standard package for lunch that day, but they were able to convert that reservation to the premium.
 
We're excited to do this again! I was able to snag it for two nights for our upcoming trip. I had almost forgot about it and was on my way to work. Luckily I was at a stoplight when my alarm reminder went off and I was able to grab it quickly on my phone.

Was that an alert from a paid service that monitors Disney reservations, or had you just set alarm reminders for yourself to check occasionally?

It was an alarm set for 5:58am as a reminder.

I haven't used the paid services in so long. With those, I didn't have a lot of luck because they would be gone before I was able to log into the app. I think I only had luck with getting Trader Sam's with a paid service alert (can't use the real name here, it looks like), but that was when Disney was delayed adding them on and they opened up a whole month all at one time.
