Risking our sanity - we will be taking an infant to WWoHP and trying FJ

We'll be going to WWoHP in Oct and us parents would love to do FJ. How does the baby swap work with this? Could we use our (very narrow and sleek, nonSUV type) stroller through the que to experience it then do the baby swap option up at the actual ride or would one of us have to wait outside the que while the other goes through then swap out, outside the ride? The latter option isn't that appealing since we'd probably be spending 2+ hours apart in some sense. Also, we'd have baby gear with us is the stroller, I'm guessing it wouldn't all fit into a locker so keeping the stroller with us would be ideal.
I've never been to USO before or done anything remotely like this with a baby in tow. Any help/tips are most welcome. Thanks!

Strollers are not allowed in any of the queues unless the stroller is being used in place of a wheelchair. The baby swap works great though for adults riding FJ.

Also if you are doing child swap you can use the single rider line to get up there. You don't have to do it (you'll miss a little bit of the castle) but if you are going to ride multiple times that doesn't hurt on future trips.

We are hoping to see the que so I guess we'll have to take turns.
How does the baby swap work at FJ? Does one person wait at the end of the line with the baby? There is no way we'd could hold her for over an hour in line.

To do child swap, all members of your party walk through the line together. When you get to where you get on the ride, there is a waiting room with staff person near the door. When the first person gets finished, he/she just comes back to the room and the 2nd person goes out. You do not have to wait in the long line a second time.

We brought our 7 mo old with us this trip and she did great. Since I was doing the baby swap I just took the backback and anything our group had with me into the room so we didn't have to wait on getting a locker. Then after everyone got off I gave the little one to DH and then me and DD (7) went and rode it.

Our little one loves to people watch at her age and did great at the parks while we were there. As long as we are moving she is pretty happy.
