Rising Star Karaoke at CityWalk Question

Is Rising Star for over 21 only or do they have a time when teens could do the Karaoke?

It's the only 18 to enter bar I believe. I have been with younger than 21 but I'm not sure about performing but I don't see why not.

Thanks it looks like we will not be able to participate. My DD12 has done karaoke at Senor Frogs in Mexico and we thought it would be fun for her with the live band.
