Ripped disney rain poncho

Hey- yesterday we had some pretty bad rain here, and I bought a WDW rain poncho, but I just went to fold it up to pack in my bag and discovered a lovely tear right in the middle.

A woman at the bus stop saw and told me if I take the receipt and the poncho to a store at a park, they will replace it. Is this true? It is really annoying its torn- I don't even know how

Disney has to be the most customer friendly business I have ever seen. My wife bought a back cinch sack two years ago. The seam ripped last year and Disney replaced it no problem. Good luck.

Got it replaced at Epcot earlier- didnt need the receipt at all, she just handed me over a new poncho and wished me a magical evening!
