Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum

So we are thinking about driving up a day early to go to the Ripley's Museum. Can anyone tell me if it's worth it and if so, what off-site hotel that's near it you recommend? Thanks!

We did this in '05 for our honeymoon. I surprised DH with tickets. If you're talking about the Orlando one it only takes about an hour or so to go through. I didn't think it anything special but DH is a huge Ripley's fan and enjoyed it though he said it was too short. I don't think it's worth it to come up a day early just for it.
