RIP tour Oct 30 anyone??

Anyone interested in going in on a private RIP tour for Oct 30?? I've got 5 in my family and 2 other friends who are committed. Need 3-5 more and it would be the same cost wise as the non - private tour.

Could someone who has been on the private or non-private tour tell me the basic differences between the two? It seems the private tour lasts the full 7 hours while the non-private is 4. My kids would prefer being in a group with people they don't know so going on a private tour just so that you are not with others does not appeal to them. If, however, you get to see more things or go thru the houses multiple times, etc.. then that does appeal.

The 7hr tour is way more worth it.Your guide will taylor to the groups intrest.Houses multiple times,no problem.It's alot better then the 4hr tour where you basicaly at the guides mercy of what to do..
