I really liked Peter Boyle. I loved him in Young Frankenstein. He was also really good in an X-Files episode called "Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose". Rest In Peace.

Wasn't he Father Time in the Santa Clause movies too? My kids love those movies. My orange cat loves watching Everybody Loves Raymond- I put it on for him at 11 pm every night and he watches. He seems like a nice guy IRL, this is sad

Anybody remember Joe? He got an Oscar nomination for that. Not a very good film, but he was wonderful. (It was also a very early film for Susan Sarandon.)

Here's a tip - you can catch a very early glimpse of Peter Boyle in Diary of a Mad Housewife with Carrie Snodgrass, Frank Langella and Richard Benjamin. He's one of the patients in the final group therapy scene.

His best performance (besides Frank Barone)? Tail Gunner Joe as Joe McCarthy. Brilliant. (That's him. The film was...a little one-sided, although it was the side I was on.)
