Ringtones without joining?

It seems like every place that offers ringtones requires you to join some kind of monthly club. I would like to find a place where you just pay for each ringtone as you want them. All these places advertise that you can get FREE ringtones, but they are anything but free when you have to pay a monthly fee.

We ran into the same thing. My DD has figured out how to make her own from songs on her MP3.

T-Moble has some, but it seems they are midi. I like mp3 better.

· No, only customers on the Sprint network have the ability to download real ringtones. This may change in the future but for now only Sprint can download these

DD found that out the hard way. She put her phone number into a ringtone site. After looking around, she didn't want anything. They charged our family plan $12.50. I really hope that doesn't mean that we will be charged again this month. If so, I will not be happy!

For the Razr you have two free options.

1. Bluetooth from a computer or another phone that already has tones on it.
2. Usb cable and transfer Mp3s from computer., not but you are only paying for the cable.

My Verizon phone gives me the option to download tones for a fee, but that is the only cost, a one time deal for the package/or song. No monthly song fees.

I finally found out why the bluetooth from my computer wasn't working. You have to have the .mp3 on the end of the file name. I was able to do it last night by taking I've got a Friend and putting .mp3 on the end.
