Right to kill.

In self-defense and possibly in defense of a loved one. By this i mean if they person trying to kill, rape or whatever was actually doing their thing i do not mean knowing that someone is on to you so going around and getting them first.
Seriously though i think if someone was trying to do something to me i think i'd just seriously injure them. They suffer more really that way, and i wouldn't feel guilty.
Oh and here i'm pretty sure it's legal to kill someone in self defense but only on your own property(so it's still murder if you kill a person who attacks you while you wander through a park, or would you be charged with manslaughter?)

In self or loved-ones' defense...and even then it is questionable because is it really necessary to kill? There are so many vulnerable spots to wound someone permanently w/o killing them that you have to wonder the people who go through with the whole killing.

I'd probably have to say it'd be more humane to put them in a crippled state. Why? Because for the most part, they still have the ability to reason. If they want to take their life, so be it. I'd rather not kill a person when they'd rather live.

In my opinion, a fetus is alive. So abortion should be illegal. That's what I think.
