Right place to ask? Hotel Kingdom-trustworthy??

Any issues renting from this web site? I am not familar with them, but they sure do have good prices. LOL Has anyone rented with before. Did you have any problems with the way they handle transactions or anything. Thanks so much!

Many DISers have used them, including me. I have cancelled reservations and been refunded per their policy ($20 fee for cancellation), and I once managed to make a double reservation, and a few e-mails got it all sorted out with no penalty for cancelling the duplicate. The true test of any company is how they handle problems, and I would trust HK again.

We used them for our stay this Feb at Cypress Pointe, with no problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have used them several times. I have canceled with no problems also. I just booked a hotel in Myrtle Beach with them and they called and told me that the hotel ran out of 1 BR condos, but I have been upgraded to a 2BR for no charge.

Hotelkingdom.com is a great company to work with. I had a problem with my hotel sold my room and offer less room when I arrive. They refund my money with no questions ask.

I have booked through Hotel kingdom at least three or four times as well as recommending this site to friends and family who have also been pleased. Make sure you travel with your paper work and phone numbers. I had an issue with a deposit once and I called Hotel Kingdom from the hotel desk and they worked it out with the front desk. Good Company!

No problems here either. Used them in February for Cypress Pointe and loved it so much that we're going back in May, using Hotel Kingdom again.
