Hello all

Hope you are all well. Once again I can only apologise for not being round a lot. After surgery in November I had a few issues and currently still going through Physio, that and looking after my mum who now has Dementia, and Im still working full time, its been difficult to say the least.

Hopefully I am going to try and get on here a little more often than I have been.

I will start a new Slimming thread the end of the month, in time for Summer.
