Riding FOP twice at night - No FP+

Mg goal during our next visit is to ride FOP twice in an evening in less than a hour via the standby line. The plan is to hop in line 45-50 minutes before closing time with the expectation of getting on and off the ride and then back in line before closing time.

I read on here just yesterday about a family that got in line 35 minutes before closing time and were off the ride before the park closed. They didn't go for the 2nd ride though.

I think it can be done. I know it can't be done in the morning,

While I think that would be a fun challenge, that seems ambitious.

With the two pre-show videos, the time needed for everyone to get safely seated, the ride itself, and the walk back to the line you're looking at 20-25 minutes just to ride it once if the ride has absolutely no wait and you walk into the first preshow. That other family may have finished before the park closed, but I wouldn't be shocked if the line for FOP had been closed by that point.

I think you would be very lucky to get in two rides - no harm in trying though!

They shouldn't close the line until the park closes.

I do like a challenge. For example, I was told here several years ago that TSMM absolutely couldn't be ridden 4 times in less than an hour during the height of its popularity but that one was easy. So was 7DMT twice in less than 30 minutes the week that it opened.

Our toughest challenge was ToT 13 times in less than 2 hours because that one required some running.

You just have to know about some of their tricks like inflated wait times and line stacking.

And if it doesn't work, we'll still ride once with probably the shortest wait of the day.
