my family and i try to go to disney every year/every other year. we are all under the height of 6'1'' which makes riding for us a breeze. this year my boyfriend is coming along (its his first time to disney ever!) but he is 6'7''-6'8''. talked to a taller cast member who claimed to be 6'4''and said riding wasnt a problem. try adding an extra 4'' to that bad boy!

does anybody think he will be good to go for rockin', everest and most lap bar rides???

I feel your pain.. My husband is 6'10" and a pretty big guy all around. He doesn't really have a problem with most things. He just asks to sit in the front rows on many rides such as Expedition Everest, Rockin roller coaster. The only ride he really feels tight is Space Mountain because of the way the bar comes down.. it digs into his legs. I don't know if that has changed since the ride was redone or not. For the most part, he might have to sit a little crooked on rides, but he really has no problems. I will tell you the good thing about having someone in your party that tall... you can always find them in the croud!:)

ahhh. :goodvibes thank you so much. no lie, i will sleep better at night knowing he can enjoy disney as much as we do now! hahah. thanks so much for your insight!!

We traveled with a 6'8" friend. Definitely ask for front seats, or seats with more leg room (not all front seats are the spacious ones!).

My DH is the same height and is 300lbs the only problem he has was on the haunted mansion because the bars come down quite low in the doom buggies but if you sit side on it is fine. The test track was a bit hard on his face(got the full force of the wind) as he was above the level of the window of the car so the back might be a bit better to get a bit more shelter. oh and he can check out the seats on mission space before going on the ride as the console comes towards you and can be a bit tight for taller people my DH did not want to try it after he tried out the sample seats.
And yes in crowds its great if you want to find my DH you just have to look up :goodvibes the guy on the stilts got a bit of a shock though because my DH was almost the same height as him!
