riding bikes at another resort

I always stay at the fort and take my bike. This trip I plan on riding around Saratoga Springs(parking in DS garage of course). I would love to ride in Port Orleans/Riverside resorts. Do I HAVE to have a dining ressie there to get in?

You probably won't be able to ride there from DS and you probably won't be able to park there without a dining reservation. I'm not sure you can ride a bike at DS, but someone else might know.
