So the police arrested someone for driving whilst stoned… and the driver declares that the police owed HIM for the arrest as per his "personal time sheet".

LOL, people are insane. I saw a police video recently where they stopped a woman because she was driving erratically. When asked for her license and registration, she said she didn't need one because it wasn't a commercial vehicle, and because she was "traveling" at the time. Where do they get this stuff?
