For the third morning in a row, everyone else is asleep and I'm wide awake. Given that, after today, I've no kids for almost 2 weeks, I hope this isn't the shape of things to come - I was looking forward to some lie-ins

Anyone else up and about this early?

I am awake to , first day of the easter hols and I might as well be up for work have a good day and I hope you get to have a lie in soon .

Even if you don't get a lie in I love that feeling of being up but with no pressure to be ready for anything.

I've been up since 6am packing up the car for our Brownie holiday.

So I'm not going to work today (year 1 classroom assistant) instead I'm going to be looking after other people's daughters for fun!!:scared1:

I've only had an extra 1/2 hour lie in :(

Enjoy your break Joh, and I hope you get some lie-ins :)

I've been awake since 6.30am but I'm still in bed with my laptop :)
Determined not to get up yet, but I really need a cup of tea.

lol...wish i had 2 weeks with no kids...could do with that...enjoy!!

I have to work these next 3 days of the Easter Hols and then I'm off for 11 days :cool1:

My dd's are going to Holiday Club today and they were so excited they were up at 6.15pm this morning asking if it was time to go! :scared1:

Wish I could get them out of bed that well on a school day!

I am always up at 6.00am as my DS HAS to have breakfast the minute he wakes up!!
it's ok during the week, not so good at weekends though!!

I was up as I had to be at work for 7am:headache:

I woke up with DH's alarm at 7am - girls were in bed until ten to eight.

I was in work today, so I was up at 6.45. I'm on Easter hols now though - just got to entertain my own kids for a fortnight.:scared1:

I was awake early this morning, I was hoping to sleep in later aswell but my body clock is telling me to get up at 7.40am.....

Since having Matilda I have completely lost the art of having a lie-in...7.30am is about as long as I can go...so sad!
