RideShare and avoiding the TTC

Trying to get to MK via rideshare. Is there anyway to avoid the TTC and the morning rush there? Can rideshare drop off at the Contemporary so we can walk to MK? Any other timesavers out there?

The only rideshare that can get you to MK, avoiding the TTC are Minnie Vans. All other ride shares need to drop at TTC. They will be turned away from resorts.

It's more expensive, but the Minnie Van will drop you at the buses.

Only option is Minnie Van or an early morning ADR at a monorail hotel. If you have an ADR any rideshare can drop you at a monorail hotel (security will check that your party has an ADR). If you no-show for the ADR you will be charged $10/person so you do need to actually go eat breakfast.

I would get a MV (only available to guests of WDW hotels & Swolphin) but do know they can be hard to get at peak times. I don’t think an early morning ADR is worth the lost time the meal takes.

What are you trying/hoping to do is why Disney has put these obstacles in place. There were way to many people staying off property trying to bypass the TTC. It got to be a real mess at The Contemporary and Bay Lake Tower for those paying to stay there, then became an issue at the other monorail resorts and even the Boardwalk. When we stayed at POFQ the we used Lyft once and the driver asked if we had a reservation, then asked to see our phone. You got some great advice already, I just wanted to share why it's happening. The TTC is not that bad. I would not pay triple the price for Minnie Van to avoid a 5 minute ride on the monorail. Not sure why the TTC gets this terrible rap.

At night you can avoid the lines for the monorail/ferry by walking to Contemporary and requesting a rideshare from there.
