Most of the rides have small parts that can cause headaches, such as a few seconds of flashing lights, or loud noises.
I'd definitely stay away from Space Mountain. That ride jerks you around in the dark a lot. I went on it 3 times in a row with my brother and I got a splitting headache. I usually don't get headaches, but this ride will definitely hurt.
Rock n Roller Coaster might spark one too. The music is pretty loud, but the ride is smooth. So it's up to you on that one
I don't know what usually causes you to have headaches and migrains, so just use you head (no pun intended!!) and if you think a ride might bother your condition, then skip it. It's better to be safe than sorry. You can always consult a CM working at the ride and see what he/she says about the ride. They will usually know the best.
Have a great time!!
