brain aneurysm/hemorrhagic stroke survivor doctors said im good to ride rides, and rode guardians last trip, but in an abundance of caution. I'm trying to figure out which rides to avoid. i know space is out & no guardians anything else you would avoid? how about tianas?

The first things I think of are Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Big Thunder Mountain.

Also, Star Tours and Expedition Everest.

I'd say definitely avoid Rockin' Rollercoaster. Last time I rode, it felt like it jostled my head so much. Maybe it's better after the refurb, but it's definitely one to watch.
Agree 100%! I can ride just about anything but RR was rough on my head, especially if wearing earrings!

I sometimes feel like the Safari is one of the more jostle-y rides out there.
They are more slow jostles though, similar to a ride down a bad dirt road vs something like RR where it's fast and you may find your head bouncing off the safety harness.

More so in the back seats than the front seats. Ever since the time I was in the back row and my lower back really got bounced hard, I always tell the CM that I need the first or second row for health reasons and they've always been very accommodating about it.

I had a brain injury and many rides can jostle. Safari for sure. Everest was one of the worst for me and I still don't like it like I used to. I'd avoid all the coasters if Guardians is too much because it is relatively smooth. I agree that perhaps the pregnancy warnings are a good place to start and then look through those and ask about particular rides you'd like to go on for advice.
