Rides shut down for HHN???

We do our annual WDW/USE trip in Sept..its great because there are no crowds...BUT last year JP Discovery Center and Popeye were both closed due to HHN construction...any word on this year???? Also I believe during that time Dudley was to be closed but something happened in terms of new hand rails or something not coming in....anyone have any insight?? Thanks in advance..

When we were there in October Popeye was shut down for stated rehab, but was open for HHN. It was not open during our stay other than for HHN. Sinbad was closed and the JP discovey center was closed for the HHN houses, but all of the other rides and attractions were open. The fun of HHN definately made it worth these few attractions being shut down, and I got to ride Popeye during the HHN in the dark which was kind of cool, but also quite cold. Dudley was open during the beginnng of October when we were there with a brief closing (a couple or few hours)for an unknown problem.

Nothing has been released for this years HHN.

I had some friends that went to IOA/ US in OCt last year. They were able to ride everything (including Popeye) and go to HHN the same night. This was during the week (Wed/ Thurs.???)
Maybe there are certain days for specific rides.

They did install new handrails in the seats on dudleys ripsaw
