rides opening later than others?

was just curious,

when we went to IOA, some of the atractions didon't open until 11, while most of them opened at 9.

why is this?

is it because they don't have the staff, or is it because they are smaller rides

This is a good question! BG does the same thing. Does any one have a list so we know which rides open first and we're not heading to rides that are closed?

Many parks open some rides later (an example is Jungle Cruise at Magic Kingdom.)

Just get a park map when you enter and it will list the rides times. They are different depending on the time of year you go. During peak seasons certain rides (like Jaws) usually open at park opening or an hour after park opening but during non-peak times they may open up to two hours after park opening.
