Is there a list of rides that my DH and I can ride with my 2 yearold AND 1 year old, and 14 year old too? how many seats do they have? or would the little ones be on our laps? I hate beieng an odd numbered family> I am afraid that with 5 there is always going to be an "odd man out" namely DD14 who won't want to hold her sit with her brother or sister...

Essentially any ride that does not have an age restriction will allow all of your children. There may be some that you might not want to take the little one on though, but that is to your discretion.
As for seating for 5, there are a lot of the "boat" rides that should accomodate all of you, such as the Small World ride etc...
Smaller rides like Flying Dumbo will seat 2 adults & a small toddler/infant but 3 would be the limit for it. So your 14 yr old is most likely going to be "stuck" riding with the younger ones at some point.

I don't know of a list, but most rides that have no height restriction will accommodate three of you in one car and two in another car. We had two adults, our 3-year-old and baby in my sling all in one car for Pooh, Peter Pan and Snow White in MK. Same thing for Nemo in EPCOT. Rides like Small Wold, Pirates in MK and the Safari in AKL can hold all of you.

There are lots of ways to do this. I'm sure you will be fine.
