What rides can my 15 month old ride at Disney? I've been there a number of times BC (before child) but I can't remember what I've seen babies on. Can she ride the pirates?

Thanks

These are the rides that we have taken DD 13mo on
Dumbo, Peter Pan, Snow White, Mr. Toad, Pinochio, Casey Jr, Storyland Canal Boats, Alice, Small World, Astro Orbiter, Buzz, Haunted Mansion, Pirates, Jungle Cruise, Tiki Room, Pooh, Mark Twain,

There are a lot of rides that the baby cna go on, and those that he/she can't you can get a baby swap pass for. Baby swap is like Fastpass wher once one parent exits you can switchwho goes on the ride. It's really easy.

I think there are more rides they can go on than not! They can also go on Autopia, the Railroad, and Teacups. The Teacups were my one year olds favorite ride! Have a great time and take lots of pictures.

My toddler wasn't allowed on Autopia (and maybe even the Teacups) because he wouldn't sit on his own. I don't believe lap sitting is allowed on either of those......something to keep in mind depending on the child.

Dh and I checked on this last night for an upcoming trip and the age requirement for Autopia is 12 mo. Last month on our trip to WDW DD was able to ride Autopia on Dh's lap. Their rule is that the front car is parent and child, and the car behind it is the other parent (or party member). Just so that no one bumps you from behind.

Ahhhh...maybe that's it -- dh and I always have to majorly kid swap on that ride because our young'ns outnumber us, and none are big enough to ride on their own quite yet.

Either that or I just got the "wrong" person that day who wouldn't allow lap sitting.

Wow it looks like she'll be able to get on alot! woo hoo Thanks for the information.

Check for height restrictions on rides. Just be warned that just because they allow your little one on, may not mean that they will enjoy it! Some of the kid rides in Fantasyland are kind of scary and dark and loud for little ones.

Toontown is a great place for a toddler. There are a lot of things to touch. Mickey and Minnie's houses are great and so are the noise-making items near the Gag Factory.

DS was 17 months old in WDW and 21 months old in DL, so here's his list:

*Autopia (he could drive this time!)
*Mr. Toad (thought he was driving)
*Peter Pan (okay, not wow)
*Jungle Cruise (LOVED it!)
*Tiki Room (depends on your kid--the storm may scare some, but DS loved the whole show, even in WDW with Pele!)
*Heimlich's Chew-Chew Train in DCA (loved it)
*Monsters Inc. in DCA
*Casey Jr.
*Dumbo
*both carousels (King Arthur's in DL & King Triton's in DCA)
*Pooh (okay, not wow)
*Tarzan's treehouse--especially the last part with the noise makers. If your little one doesn't do stairs and you don't want to carry all that way, see if you can sneak in the exit and just play in the "camp" scene!
*Parades! The Block Party Bash in DCA was great, because he got to get up and dance with everyone
*Small World (LOVES this ride, both parks)
*fireworks--I know, it's strange, but he LOVES fireworks
*Soarin'--okay, I'm kidding, he can't ride this yet. We think he'd love it, though! However, if it's one you want to ride, don't bother with the Baby Swap feature--the CM told us to just use the single rider line (you'll see the sign by the Fastpass entrance sign), and both of us just walked on. Great feature! Only Soarin' and Splash Mountain had single rider lines that we heard about (and we asked at several attractions after Soarin'), and Splash is confusing as anything to figure out. NO signage and poor directions from the CM. If you're interested and I haven't posted my TR for that day yet, PM me and I'll give you specific directions!
