Rides for 4 Year Old

Hi we are planning a trip for a week in October and planned on getting the 5 park flex ticket. I was wondering if there a a lot of rides that my 4 year old could ride at Sea world and Bush Gardens?

Sea World only has three rides. Kraken which is a great roller coaster, but not for four year olds. Journey to Atlantis which is probably also too much for a four year old (depends on your child--my four year old nephew can handle it). Then there is the ride in the polar bear exhibit--but you can do the exhibit without riding. Sea World would be great for a four year old because of all the animal exhibits and great shows.
