Rides all down at Epcot? Jan. 31st

I was in Epcot on Wednesday and Friday of last week. We encountered issues both days. On Wednesday the FP booking system crashed for several hours. I was eventually able to get one booked by texting a friend who logged in from Indiana and booked it for us. It wasn't a huge deal because it was a 4th FP but we had arranged all of our FP early so we could get 2 tier 1s so I was quite annoyed. It all worked out in the end.

On Friday we encountered an even bigger issue where the magic bands crashed and could not be read for dining credits or charges to our room. This was pretty much awful for us as it was our last day, we had a ton of dining credits saved up for the festival and to buy treats and I couldn't even feed my family. We did not bring another form of payment because Disney advertised the bands as all you need in the park and I stupidly believed them. This really ended our trip on a sour note.

I did not encounter a single technical issue at any of the other 3 parks, so I can't help but think they are having some major issues at Epcot.

Ah, that explains why it said all rides were temporarily closed when I was trying to check wait times (planning FP).

That would stink if you didn't have the park hopper option (like us...we always plan one park per day). That would screw up our entire trip.
