From reading Orlando United and Orlando Informer, as near as I can tell, there was a train on the final break run (just before reentering the building) the train behind it traveled too far on the break run prior before coming to a complete stop causing the coaster to E-Stop. The first 3 rows were beyond the break run platform so the called the fire department to evacuate as a safety precaution.
I was stuck once on Big Bad Wolf at Busch Garden Williamsburg when the chain broke. We were stuck for about an hour before getting let off. The people in the train behind were probably stuck longer because like this situation there was no cat walk and the probably needed to get a cherry picker.
