Rider switch passes

Does Disneyland offer rider switch passes for rides my 2yr old won’t be able to ride but our oldest can? If so, how do they work? I know the rules just changed at WDW.

Yes they do. I only used them in conjunction with fast passes. Got fast passes for 4 of us. All members should be present when going to redeem the fast pass. We scanned for the 3 who were riding the first time. Told CM we wanted to do a rider swap, pointed to my wife and baby, they scanned my tickets (the 4th) along with up to 2 others who wanted to ride the 2nd time. As soon as we got off, we switched and the second group went to FP line and scanned the 3 tickets that were used for rider swap. Good luck!

The first rider(s) get(s) a return time scanned on the tickets for the 2nd group of riders.

If the initial rider(s) use(s) fast pass the returning group doesn’t need one.
