DH and I are traveling with our 2 year old in early December. We intend to use the rider switch option when available. My question is, do you have to use the pass the same day obtained, or can we use it on another day of our vacation (e.g., are the passes dated). Many years ago we did this option with my stepsons. I remember them giving us a non-dated, recycled pass to use upon return. TIA!

We have had them both ways - 1) Where the pass is good for rest of the day and 2) Where the pass is good until the end of the month. If my memory serves me (which is in doubt...) I believe our DLR swaps were end of day swaps. I remember giving one away in July because we weren't able to use it that day.

They 99% of the time need to be used by the end of the day. I think out of the bunches of baby swap passes maybe 1-2 were not dated so we technically could have probably gotten away with using them another day, but the intention is to use them the same day.
