Can my DH ride with DD (4) and DS (2), while I wait with DS (1), and then when we swap can I ride with the 2 older kids while he holds the baby? Or would I just have to ride by myself?
As of last week at Disney, the swap passes still say right on them they admit up to 3 guests. People may try and tell you the max is 2 not 3 as per Disney's website, but in parks the rule has not changed and it's 3 people total allowed in.
Your whole party will Go up to the entrance of the ride, show the CM your baby and ask for a rider swap. They will hand you a old fast pass looking ticket and you leave with your baby while the rest of your party enters the line. Then you can go back anytime that day and ride with 2 other people.
I have yet to do rider swap (will be trying it out in April) but I have done tons of disney research lol and I read that u see a CM at the entrance to the ride and tell them u would like to use rider swap and then they issue the passes and the first group goes on the ride comes out trades off the child that's too small to ride and then the 2nd group goes on the ride through the fast pass lane. We will be trying this out I have a ds7 and ds8 months so my ds7 wants to do all the big rides this time around lol
