Ridemax?

It seems that I have been waiting ages for the Ridemax software to be updated beyond May 21st. Anyone know how often they update and approx how many weeks in advance of arrival date can you use their software-I expected to be able to plan an end of May trip by now.

I haven't used it but I was looking into it and I think I found something on the site that said 4-6 weeks.

Funny, I just emailed them this morning. I bought it on the 4th and it was updating daily and at the same pace as DL. With every new day added to DL's calendar the Ridemax would advance a day as well. But it's been stuck on the 21st for about 2 weeks.

If I hear anything back from their customer support group, I'll add to this thread.

Yeah, normally they've got about 6 weeks (sometimes more) loaded into the software. It seems Disney is very slowly at posting park times this year and I'm sure that's the reason Ridemax is a bit behind. Perhaps it's not convenient to update Ridemax everyday so they are going to do it in chunks instead?

Hi, I got a response back! Hope this helps.

I expect the remainder of May to be available by the end of Monday next week, at the latest. The RideMax calendar will automatically update to reflect the new dates once this happens.

I would also love to hear what you thought of it when you get back from your trip. I think we will try it this time, but I will wait until the start of June to buy it for our trip at the end of the month.

We're curious about it too. When we entered in our preferences, the system did an itinerary that is pretty close to what we do anyhow. We'll probably end up loosely following it and comparing the line waits as we see them.

We'll be at DL Wed-Fri, May 20-22, right before Memorial Day. It'll be interesting to see how the holiday will affect the itineraries! I'll post on how it does.
