I was just wondering the same thing, then went to check and September is up. It wasn't last night, so they must have just opened it up

Trying to set up RideMax for our 2nd MK day on Aug 3, 2011. (1st day we're doing the BBB, CRT lunch, etc.}
Planned on doing MSEP & Wishes on day 2. It's an EMH morning.
RM is giving us "free Time" for the first 1.25 hrs on an EMH!
Have tried & tried to finagle, with no luck....
Any suggestions?
(Have incorporated a break for 5 hours in the afternoon for a break at AK and dinner.)
Here's the plan RM came up with:

It's giving you all the extra free time in the morning because none of the rides you've entered are open for morning EMH. The rides open for morning EMH are as follows according to the Disney World website.

-Buzz Lightyear
-Prince Charming Carrousel
-Dumbo
-Winnie the Pooh
-it's a small world
-PhilharMagic
-Peter Pan
-Space Mountain
-Stitch's Great Escape
-Tomorrowland Indy Speedway

I went straight to the beta version after subscribing since I have a Mac and it only gave me dates for the next two weeks. Am I doing something wrong or do I just need to download Crossover and use the regular version?

AHA! I now see the light... Will have to rethink this whole thing.
Thanks!

I don't have a mac, but I went to the beta version to check it out for my phone, and I got the same thing--only 2 weeks out. The regular program works fine, so I don't know if it's a glitch or they simply haven't added more days than that to the internet version.

Do many of you still use RIDEMAX?

Many Thanks,

I used it for my last two trips. Bought it for a july trip that got cancelled. I will repurchase it again for our 2012 trip in Dec.

Love the step by step planning

Got bought RM for our trip 9/12-9/18.
It's our first trip EVER and I wanted to get a good sense of how much can be accomplished in a day.

for experienced WDW vets and RM users = if you get off the oder of the list (say your child wants to re-ride something, or you get sidetracked by characters), is it best to pick up the list where you left off?

Or is it better to pick it back up based on the time of day (and just forget those rides you "missed" on the list)?

thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
(headed back to re-read now that I actually HAVE the program)

Edited: my first question was answered on page 1! So I removed that. thanks again - what a resource!

We're leaving Orlando today :sad1: after 2 weeks here. We went to WDW 10 days and used Ridemax for every day. It worked fabulous. Other than Toy Story, where we waited 25 minutes (we chose to do this because we wanted to see the queue--it's the only thing that's different from the ride we experience all the time at DCA--and you can't see the queue with FP) we didn't wait for any ride for more than 10 minutes. I liked it a lot more than the TouringPlans one because we could customize it. Some days we were only going to the theme park for part of the day and spending the other part in a water park or DisneyQuest, so it allowed me to create the best plan for these part days. It also allowed me to plan on going multiple times on the rides we really wanted to do--Mountain rides, Rock-N-Rollercoaster, Tower of Terror, Expedition Everest... I would highly recommend it. The only thing is I'm going to contact them to include notes on rides that shut down during thunderstorms. We came back with our FP for EE only to find out they shut down because of the electrical storm. I knew the water rides (Kali River Rapids) would shut down for lightening, but I had never thought it would apply to a coaster.

Happy planning!

Anybody else waiting for Nov. dates? I keep checking every day and so far nothing. I bought ridemax back in April for our Nov. trip so I could play around with it. I'm excited to put my actual dates in and see what it tells me.

For those of you waiting for November dates, why not email their customer service? The couple of times I've emailed I've gotten a response within 24 hours. I emailed them in mid-June asking when August dates would be up, and their answer was that they would be up by the end of the week, which was accurate.

I realized one big reason I liked Ridemax--not just because it helped us get to the rides without much of a wait, but also because it took a lot of the decision-making out of my hands. I like planning but I don't really enjoy making decisions about schedules and so having Ridemax do that was great!

Any RM experts know when I can expect to know the days of Fantasmic Shows the week of March 24-31, 2012? What nights typ have F! during that time?

Trying to prepare for my 180 day meal ressies by park hours and schedules.
Thanks,

The November dates should be out any day now. They normally come out around the 15th of two months before the month you want, ie. Sep. 15th-ish for November.

I don't think anyone can predict this at this point in time. I think Fantasmic is showing every night through October (?) and I'm not sure if this will continue through next year or if they will go back to that horrid 2x per week schedule.

Just wondering I was playing with Ridemax for our Oct Trip and I saw that Snow White ride is still in the list of attractions.... Isn't this Ride now closed??

Thanks to Ridemax Facebook He is the answer I recived :)

maybe we've missed something, but rumors we've read indicate Snow White won't be closing until early next year.

I must have just got ahead of my self thinking it was now closed
