Ride rehabs in January?

I'll be heading to Universal from January 9th-15th. Does anyone know of any planned ride rehabs for January?

I am curious to know as well. We will be there on Jan 13 & 14.

At present, according to the UO website, Popeye is the only ride closed for refurbishment. It is my understanding that Universal doesn't post ride closures in advance.

We're heading there next week and I'm hoping that Popeye is up and running. Although, I'll be ok as long as Spiderman, JP and Jaws are up and running.

As of yesterday..Popeye will be open. Most likely to the second week of Jan.

What?!

So it will be closed the 22-30th of january? Exactly the time that I will be going. The water rides are my favorites at IOA. Please let me know, so I can change my plans around. God, I feel terrible! Had talked so much about the water rides to my family, it will be their first time and all.

Anything else closing in january? Any info most appreciated!

What about the first week of February 2-9, do you know of any closures for this week?

This will help me to know which day to go to US/IOA vs. Disney.

People usually dont know whats going to be closed until a week or so before it closes. So no one really knows for sure.TRADITIONALLY...Popeye and Dudley have closed in Jan. Its slow, its usually colder, and people dont want to ride it. Not always, but thats how its been in the past. And not usually at the same time.
