Ride refurbishment schedule

Hi all

I was just looking at the ride refurb sked for my trip and was glad to see that none of my fav rides are scheduled to be down (HM is but I missed that for the most part last year too). I was just wondering how accurate this refdurb schedule from DL .com is?

Like, what are the chances the sked is changed or I get there and see other rides closed?

For example, anyone know when Splash is set to be closed? It isnt on the refurb sked but it is my favourite thing on the planet so I would be heartbroken if it closed unexpectedly.

And I know it was discussed before, but I forget... When was POTC set to close? And what are the chances that the closure is extended into my trip?

The refurbishment schedules can and do change. As a result, it is a good idea to call Disney's Guest Services and ask for any updates. From what I have seen, typically they are accurate.
Sometimes there will be soft openings, so if the ride attraction is to be closed during your visit, it could very well have this type of opening. Even perhaps open entirely (Before schedule), before ones visit is over.
The Pirates of the Caribbean is scheduled for refurbishment Feb.15-March 19.

oh i had heard pirates was going to close down. i'm glad to see it will (hopefully!) be open before we get there in april.

BTW, does anyone know if/when Splash is scheduled to close next? I am just paraniod it will suddenly close during my visit

I do not currently know about Splash's refurbishment schedule. I would recommend calling Disney's Guest Services and ask, as well as keep a sharp eye out for such information on their website.
