Ride queues - what am I missing using EPs?

I have been lucky enough to always stay on-site on prior stays, and exclusivly used the express pass.

Given that I am heading back down at a slow time, is there any ride where the pre-show line is different enough to go through the normal way (if lines are short)?

The ones I am thinking could be are:
Mummy
MIB
Spiderman

I think the rest either have no EP (HP land), the pre-show is for all (DP, Shrek, Simpsons), or no real change either side (Dr. Doom, JP, RRR, etc.).

The ones you are thinking of are correct.

From memory, I'd add in Transformers

The pre-show for MIB is really good as I recall, although it was over this most recent time when we got to that point. If you're lucky you'll catch it
