Sorry, ******* here

Having been to DLP twice, I thought I knew it all...this evening I have realised that I really do not and there are some questions I have, if anyone would indulge me with answers :wizard:

1) What is "Casey" - I see it mentioned, I have no idea what it is!

2) Snow White ride - what is it?! I know where it is, but I thought it was a walk through :rolleyes1

3) Pinocchio - ditto above :flower3: (Yes, this is getting embarrassing now)

4) Boat rides around park????!!!!

I am sure there will be more q's coming!

Casey is a very slow rollercoaster, suitable for almost anybody.

Snow white is a ride where you sit in a car and are taken around a number of scenes relating to the film.

Pinocchio is very much the same as snow white, but just a different theme.

There's a couple of boat rides. There's "Storybook land" (it's got a very long french name that escapes my memory at the moment) which is a calm boat ride along a river with small fairytale models to look at - no drops or anything.

There's also It's a small world which is similar, but features lots of animated dolls singing the it's a small world song. Again, there are no drops or anything.

Pirates of the caribbean is another ride inside a buiding through several scenes of animated pirate robots. There's 2 fairly short drops on this one.

There's also a couple of larger boat rides around the lake which surrounds ig Thunder Mountain. These are basically either a large paddle steamer or a small boat - both of which basically sail for a lap around the mountain.

I think that's everything... Hope this helps :goodvibes

Snow White and Pinochio are both dark rides and some children are quite scared on them - especially Snow White as it centres on the witch a lot and dark forest

I don't even know where Casey is, how sad is that!

The fairytale Storybook ride sounds like the one I have heard mentioned, I know the themed ones :)

I couldn't get my boys on Snow White or Pinocchio, but sounds as though we didn't miss anything as the youngest is scared of the dark (but loves RnRCoaster, go figure that one - refuses to go on POTC anymore as it scared him the first time as it was dark - my fault, I forced him onto the Haunted Mansion as I remember it being cool when I was 16 at WTW....him as a 6yo found it terrifying and fell out with me big time!).

casey and the Storybook ride (Pays de Contes des Fees) are next to each other in a corner of Fantasyland which people often miss. Its between Small world and Alices Maze but sometimes these 2 rides arent open which is possibly why you missed them
