Quick question. We are going to MK tomorrow and trying to figure out an opening strategy. What rides open before official park opening? We are hoping to be through the gates by 8:30am.

Zero. No rides until the offical opening. You maybe able to get into que for the ride but you won't get in.

If you go to the Theme Park Attractions and Strategies forum, and find the thread "Here Now & Just Back WDW Reopening Experiences" you'll see recent reports of what rides they're starting early at what parks. It's not consistent though (I'm sure to try to keep people dispersed).
