ride opening times

Do all the rides at IOA and USF open when the park opens? I remember posts this winter saying that the back part of IOA opens later, is this still true?

We like to ride dueling Dragons first, but I don't want to get back there only to find out it isn't open yet. My teenage boys would never let me hear the end of that!

During slower times of the year most parks in this area does staggered openings.

Does this mean that the whole park is opening at the same time now? Or will be at the end of June?

I was at IOA/US last week and they opened the gates before 9:00a.m. We were in line for the Hulk around 8:45a.m. Not sure about the other side but we were riding Jurassic Park around 9:30a

Jaws usually opens at 10:00. That's the only ride I have seen that isn't opened when the park opens.
