ride help please

i have some back issues and chicken issues lol, does or are they coaster type rides thanks so much first timer here ET have an actual drop? like a coaster? what about the Harry Potter rides? i can ride soarin at wdw no problem and dinosaur at wdw are rides like that

ET is extremely gentle. Forbidden Journey isn't rough, but does swing you around a lot as you are seated at the end of a robotic arm.
