Is there a list somewhere of the ride vehicle configurations? For example, how many per dumbo or per row on IAJ?

We are taking grandma and Grandpa with us (mom, dad, 4,4,5) and it would be nice to figure out who can ride with who or sit with who on the rides before we get in line.

My son has a lot of issues and we will be likely using a DAS, but it's nice for him (and us) to figure this stuff out in advance.

Thank you!

This is what I found online.
Star Tours (opening in June) has rows of seats, no issue.

Space Mountain, rows of 2, so you would have to split up, but can be in the same car (3 rows per car), Buzz Lightyear, seats 2 per car, so you would need 2 cars. Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, long rows, no issue.

Matterhorn, seats 2 people per row (back to back), and each car has 2 sections. "it's a small world" will allow 3 or 4 per row, Roger Rabbit CarToon Spin are cars of 2, so you would have to split up into two vehicles.

Tea Cups, no issue, Alice in Wonderland, 2 rows of 2, so the same car, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, two separate vehicles, Peter Pan, two separate vehicles, Snow White and Pinocchio has vehicles with 2 rows of 2, so the same vehicle.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, rows of 2, but many rows per train. Pirates of the Caribbean, rows that hold about 4, so no issue, Haunted Mansion, vehicles hold 2, but sometimes 3 if the kids are small, Splash Mountain, single seats that you sit behind each other, so everyone on the same vehicle.

Indiana Jones is rows of 4, no issue, so is Jungle Cruise.

Over at California Adventure....

Monsters Inc. is rows of 2, but 3 rows per vehicle. Tower of Terror are long rows, no issue. Flik's Fun Fair mainly are vehicles of 2, but you can sit near each other.

Soarin' is rows, so no issue. Grizzly River Run are singles seats that hold about 8, so no issue. Little Mermaid is the same vehicle as the Haunted Mansion, so 2, maybe 3 if the kids are small. Golden Zepher vehicles are rows of 2, but multiple rows per vehicle. California Screamin' are rows of 2, but multiple rows of 2.

The biggest ride with an issue is "Toy Story Mania!" which has rows of 2, but the way the vehicles are designed you sit back to back, so you don't have a view of the other row during the ride.

also found this.. but a slight difference of opinion as to how many.. I would also take into account how big peoples butts are . as to how many people will get on a seat...

Indian Jones 3 rows of 4 people each
Splash Mountain 5 to 6 people per log
Haunted Mansion 1 to 2 people ( 3 maybe) per vehicle
Autopia 1 to 3 people per car
Thunder Mountain 1 to 2 per row ( 15 rows)
Matterhorn 1 to 2 per seat (4 seats on toboggan)
Nemo & Star Tours ( around 40 people per sub/starspeeder
Buzz light year 1 or 2 per vehicle
Fantasy land rides ( 1 or 2 ) rides like Dumbo and Mr. Toad
about 3 on Peter Pan and up to 4 or 5 on the others.

Pirates appx 3 to 4 per row ( 6 rows)
Small world 3 to 4 per row (5 rows)

You can also Youtube DIseny rides.. people love to load their videos. and they will give you a visual of what to expect on the ride . but you can also see how many people they will fit.. :) have a great trip...

Matterhorn has 3 tandem seats, not 2. Alice has 1 seat in front and 2 in back.
