Ride back to Resort after Car Rental??

Does anyone know which (if any) car companies shuttle you back to your resort. We are doing a 1 day rental after a DCL cruise. I can get a great rate thru USAA from Avis. Their office is located at the Hilton at Downtown Disney. Will they shuttle DH to FW after he turns in the car? I'm reading that National shuttles back (or to) resorts because they are the "official" WDW car rental company. Is it better to go through them? I'm so confused! thanks for any replies.
