Just curious what errors/ . glitches you have experienced on WDW rides. I thought this might be a fun topic?

We've had our share over the years. Plenty of times where a ride stops for anywhere from 1-15 minutes for who knows what. Biggest one we had was where we had to be evac'd from Pirates. We stopped in the next to last room, the one that's "on fire". Sat there for a good 45 minutes, then they turned the lights on. CMs wearing hip wading boots walked through the water and pushed our boat back to the room behind us where we were escorted out of an emergency exit. Walked behind the Pirates building and Jungle Cruise building, with CMs every 100 feet apologizing (and reminding people not to take pictures). We were greeted at the re-entry point with CMs handing out free FP+ and free Mickey ice cream bars.
