Good Morning, Gang!

I just rolled my soggy butt outta bed.


WOOOHOOOOOO!!!! BRUCE ROCKED LAST NIGHT!!!!


......so did the t-storms! The t-storms held off for about an hour into the concert...... We were rained upon heavily for about 45 minutes....it felt great.....but boy, were we ever wet! Luckily, it cleared for a bit.....not much.....and then the heavens opened up again. I was quite surprised they never halted the concert. There were flashes of lightening everywhere on a consistant basis. No bolt, though.....so I guess the lightening was really in the distance.

So......WHERE'S MY COPY OF THE TEXT, JOHN????? Marsha says she edits.....I WANT AN UNPURGED EXPOSE!!!!

Hope you guys had a great time last night!

We go to see Bruce again on Thursday. I wonder if he'll be singing "Who'll stop the rain" by then????

I imagine that was a complete and utter chaos.... in other words... FUN!

It has been HOT around here and getting hotter in the next few days - 100's + so the ground is just baked and radiates the heat back up. I am trying to keep my gardens waterered as this kind of weather really take's it's toll. DH and DD have been retreating to the local aquatic center or for swims in Soap Lake to keep cool. I on the other hand... must work.

I really need to get organized for Riddlecon... I have not done SQUAT to get ready since I made the original arrangements. Maybe this evening I will sit down and attend to things.

For Riddlecon, we are supposed to make plans? I have reservations at Days Inn. Isn't that enough? Do we need priority seatings? Must I plan our attack on the park? I was planning on mostly sitting around with my friends.

What can I say... I am just a "planning fool"! LOL!

Actually, the most plans I have to make is packing, and making sure the home front is taken care of adequately in our absence. We are going for a longer period - as we are traveling so far - need to make this into more of a vacation trip. So - more packing, more upfront stuff... and then at a minimum I need to jot down the "official" meets... so I show up where and when I am supposed to!

Other than that... it is a "winging" it mode for me too.
