well, now I'm back.....let's see if I can ketchup....
Gina....congrats to Matt....and best wishes for a sane week. I wish I had a bigger family so that holidays were lke that. We'll have a total of 8 for Sunday, my family of 5, my parents, and my brother in law. There is the potential of adding my DB, and DBIL may bring his GF and her DS...but I won't count on any of them until I see them....most likely will just be my family and my parents.
Diane....there was a bit of disorderly conduct in Durham this weekend too. The UNH police arrested 90, and the are estimating the property damage to be several thousand dollars....I guess win or lose the kids (did I actually say kids) don't know how to expell that energy/stress.
I think I've managed to sneak in a girls Disney weekend (4 days) in August while the big boys are away at camp. Airfares are $176 RT, and I think I can get Courtyard at 20.03 still.....HOW hot is it in August????? Am I crazy??? Diane, you go in August right???? And Gail....aren't you going???
Funny story.....DH called me from the racetrack on Saturday morning....talked to all the kids, and gave me a hard time about being in the beautiful 70 degree weather....yadda, yaddda....the last think I said to him when I was on the phone:
"Honey, what size blades do I need to get for the circular saw?"
LOL>>>>>>and I wouldn't tell him what I needed the saw for....bawahahaha....i didn't really need it....that's just the penalty for leaving me at home!!!!!!!
Edited to add: I hide about 60-75 eggs in the house, (it is usually snowing in NH at easter),30 will have Disney Dollars, and the rest will have candy for the kids, and then they all go into the family easter basket...I've managed to hold out HP for the kids basket....woohoo...
