So glad everyone seems to be having spring weather finally! We had temps in the upper 60's since Friday, and I even got a good dog walk in yesterday!

Of course, there are down sides to all of this. When it warms up and the snow melts around here, we get socked in with fog, and that is what we have this morning. It is zero visibility over most of the metro area, so getting ANYWHERE today will be slow!

The other down side....MUD! You don't want to know what it looks like out at the new place!!!

We're celebrating a birthday at our house today too.

I found Bill, the dog, abandoned at my workplace in July, some seven years ago. We figured he was about 4 months old then, so we picked St. Patrick's day to celebrate!

Fog here today, too. The buses are closed, so I'm driving the teens to school-they go just 2 km from where I work. The younger DD's will be delayed 2 hours. Sure'n they're doin' the Irish jig! Have a wonderful day!

Another nice day here - poor Kara she put off homework all week and ended up being stuck inside all day yesterday trying to get it all done - someday I am hoping she will do the homework when it is assigned

Went to an Irish dinner Saturday night and came home with leftovers for tonight

Anyone want to do some of my errands for me today? I have a really busy day running around! Two doctor appointments this morning. A hair appointment this afternoon, and then I teach this evening. I have to try to find time to pick up my flute from the repair shop too, before I go to teach. Of course, THAT is accross the river, so the fog will make that difficult too!

Diane...I understand about mud and fog....it's called 'mud season' here.

Diane...you make it sound so easy to rent points....think I might try that next time.

We loved WL villas...we stayed there right after they opened...

Amid, we stayed at WL right after it opened too. We loved the decor and location, but the walk to the rooms is VERY long! We stayed at AKL one night last year and got LOST trying to find our room after we left it!! I like our OKW where we can park right outside our door and hop on the bus to get to any park easily.

Stayed at both WLV and OKW. Loved them both.
Diane, have to agree. Seemed like a lot of walking at WLV.
The 2 bdrm at OKW was SO spacious and I loved the laundry room! Would love to stay there again.

Bernie - I'm excited that you are doing a Riddler pool. I'll have to sign up for that soon.
I have to get moving and pick out something green for the kids today. I was too lazy last night to get it out and ironed.
We had a great weekend at the Pinewood Derby. Logan won 1st place in his age group! I've posted details and pictures here!
I'll be back in a bit after I check out today's riddle. I was so close with the "Alex Trebek" answer from Friday, but I didn't submit it!
