Riddle me this!

Can vegetarians eat animal crackers?

Morning all!! You all just made me laugh so hard this morning, thank you!!! :teeth:

I admit I was in a lousy mood yesterday. As some of you know (from another thread or two) that Luis was in his second car accident of the year (and I should say of his life) yesterday. Really not a great way to start the day or week for me. He's fine, the car is drivable and only the back driver's side door was hit. Some girl was going really slow, changed lanes and didn't see Luis. He tried to switch to the other lane, but they still made contact.

Nice and cold here at 5 degrees... could use some pants here to keep me warm!

Time to go.....I'd like to ask a question. How big a bathroom do you need for 4 gallons of coffee??

Have a great day everyone!

What was the best thing before sliced bread?

LOL! I just heard on the radio that they are "flying" Herman the German in New Ulm Minnesota today! He is a 33 foot statue of a German warrior who was built between 1883 and 1887. He is being refurbished by the same group that redid the statue of Liberty. They have to lift (fly) him with a huge crane to take him apart!

If you ate pasta and antipasta, would you still be hungry?

Took awhile, but here is a picture of Herman the German in New Ulm, Minnesota!

Good Morning everyone! Temp here is about 1ºF currently. It's going to get colder as the winds pick up and there's a windchill added. :(

Both Dan and I got IHSEIM for yesterday's riddle but we got our 4 gallons of water a lot faster than your way, Bernie! ;)

Your house is looking magnificent, Diane!

I don't have a clue on today's riddle, but I'm not giving up yet! :p

Have a great day all! :sunny:

I don't have a clue on today's riddle, but I'm not giving up yet!
THe best clue here today is OK's shower curtain! Think about it!

Some great kids jokes in my mailbox this morning courtesy of my Scout District Executive...LOL:

One day a teacher read the story Chicken Little to her class. She came to the part of the story where Chicken Little tried to warn the farmer.
She read, ".... and so Chicken Little went up to the farmer and said, "The sky is falling, the sky is falling!" The teacher paused then asked the class, "And what do you think that farmer said?"
One little girl raised her hand and said, "I think he said: 'Holy ****! A talking chicken!'"
The teacher was unable to teach for the next 10 minutes.

kindergarten pupil told his teacher he'd found a cat. She asked him if it was dead or alive. "Dead." She was informed. "How do you know?" she asked her pupil. "Because I pissed in its ear and it didn't move," answered the child innocently. "You did WHAT?!?" the teacher exclaimed in surprise.
"You know," explained the boy, "I leaned over and went 'Pssst!' and it didn't move."

An exasperated mother, whose son was always getting into
mischief, finally asked him, "How do you expect to get into Heaven?"
The boy thought it over and said, "Well, I'll run in and
out and in an out and keep slamming the door until St.
Peter says, 'For Heaven's sake, Dylan, come in or stay out!'"

One summer evening during a violent thunderstorm a mother
was tucking her son into bed. She was about to turn off the
light when he asked with a tremor in his voice, "Mommy,
will you sleep with me tonight?"
The mother smiled and gave him a reassuring hug. "I can't
dear," she said. "I have to sleep in Daddy's room." A long
silence was broken at last by his shaky little voice:
"The big sissy."

Off to " do dogs" and have my dentist appointment. Hope OK comes along soon with my pants! Have a great day folks!

Good morning all! Pm sent, but the riddle meister seems to be missing ever since he left to take a shower. Oh well, I expect to get IHSEIM.

You all have me LOL this morning!

Steph, how's Meg today? I hope she's feeling all better.

Dh and DS are both home today. DH took the day off thinking that I was off, but I have to work my only full day this week:( . It figures! DS still isn't feeling well. I guess they'll keep each other company.

Miss Meghan seems to be fine this morning....still a tad warm...but up and torturing her older brothers.....so all must be well.

One more post before I go.
Subject: The River

One day, three men were hiking and unexpectedly came upon a large, raging,
violent river. They needed to get to the other side, but had no idea of how
to do so.

The first man prayed to God, saying, "Please God, give me the strength to
cross this river. Poof! God gave him big arms and strong legs, and he was
able to swim across the river in about two hours, after almost drowning a
couple of times.

Seeing this, the second man prayed to God, saying, "Please God, give me the
strength ... and the tools to cross this river." Poof! God gave him a
rowboat and he was able to row across the river in about an hour, after
almost capsizing the boat a couple of times.

The third man had seen how this worked out for the other two, so he also
prayed to God, saying, "Please God, give me the strength and the
tools...and
the intelligence ... to cross this river." And poof! God turned him into a
woman. She looked at the map, hiked upstream a couple of hundred
yards, then walked across the bridge.

:p

Glad to hear that she's up to torturing her brothers. That's always a good sign!;)

Gina, if you have pants to share, we'll have chuckles! :)

Kim, be careful what you say. Things like this can come back to haunt you.

Diane, great picture. The house is looking good.

I like that Flying Cow. My neice has one in her room and it really flies in circles. I have also seen a Flying Pig.

Lars, I read about your son's conflict with Solo and Ensemble. That is too bad, but I know which of the 2 my kids would pick. It is hard when you can't do everything you want to.

They are calling for more snow here Thursday. Maybe they will be wrong. I can't take any more.

I sent a PM but without much confidence.

Good morning everyone! I sent my PM but I suspicion I will get a "IHSEIM" today! First thing that really popped into my head... was "when PIGS fly!" LOL! I wasn't too out of line... I see that we have flying COWS this morning!

Diane the house looks GRAND! I bet the view is great too. :)

Loving all your "pondering thoughts" today! Not witty enough yet this morning (not enough caffeine yet!) to contribute. The sheep shrinking one made me think of all those lovely wool sweaters I have purchased that subsequently became......

BARBIE CLOTHES! LOL!

DS picks WDW!! He's just a little afraid of telling his teacher. She has had many complaints filed against her & even all of the parents can't stand her. I sent a note explaining the situation & requesting she call me ASAP about it.
I told DS that I maybe we could fly him back a day or 2 early depending on the $ so he could do Solo & Ensemble & he looked at me like I had 3 heads. "I'm not missing any days at Disney & I'm not missing the car ride home!" he informed me. The boy loves the car ride.....go figure?!?!?
