Wow! A Daily Double for my first riddle of the week! (My job's been keeping me extra busy this week with no time to ponder riddles.) At least I'll be able to stay warm this morning!

That looks like an interesting breakfast spot. I think I'll try the Morning Glory Cobbler: "It's not just dessert, it's the perfect breakfast. We mix berries with a granola topping in a ceramic bowl and cook to perfection. Served with red potatoes and a biscuit." Yummy!

Report cards came out yesterday. DD (11th grade) got A's in 3 classes and B's in AP US history and AP English. Those are college level classes. I am impressed. DS (9th grade) got straight A's, the first time ever. This included Honors Government and Honors English. He is really finding his own in high school.

Last week my DS13 got 4 a's a B+ and a B (in band). YIPPEE!! Congrats to the kids!!

Breezy, congratulations to both your DD and your DS! Those are great report cards.

Our college freshman DS also took AP US History and AP English in the 11th grade; he scored well enough on the AP exams in the spring to earn 3 semester hours for each when he got to UGA this year. Sounds like your DD's on the same track!

Good morning all. Visiting with you guys for another day. I sent a PM to OK first thing but then I had trouble posting on this thread so I hope that doesn't mean my PM didn't work.

You guys get up and on the computers awfully early in the morning!

Waiting for the bathroom guy to return with his banker's hours. Yesterday he arrived at 11 a.m. and left at 2:30!! It's a tiny room, I want this done now!!

Gina - I'll be sure to pass along that hug. I have a feeling that our DD will be on TV over the weekend too! One of the local newscasters is a figure skater herself and will by MC'ing the ceremonies! We will take pictures - but we're the type who have 4th of July and Halloween pictures still waiting to be developed....
