Good morning, riddlers. I missed yesterday, and am popping in before the kids get down...oh no! The bus is here!

Back, two gone, two more up, and a frazzled mom. I don't like days that start like this. sigh.

Only problem with a shower curtain, is I wont need one in the new log home! Our shower is seperate from the tub and will have it's own door. The tub is a corner Jacuzzi, so no need for a shower curtain there either!

Since we are on to bathroom talk, I must tell you guys what I am planning for our powder room. We are going to make it look like an outhouse. You know, moon on the door etc. I am looking for one of those high tank pull chain toilets. The sink will be a copper bucket (if I can find one) drilled for a sink, and sitting in a Whiskey barrel (also if I can find one) with an old cistern type pump that will house a bol type faucet. We have light fixtures that look like lanterns for this little room too.

That sounds wonderful Diane. I have to laugh, though. The first thing I pictured when reading about the lanterns, etc. was the que area for BTMRR!!!

Yes, but it is going to look like an old wood stove. They are made in Canada and I found a place in downtown Minneapolis that is a distributer for this brand (Heartland). It comes in lots of neat colors, so I have to make that decision today too. DH nearly fainted when he heard the cost, but he is letting me have it anyway.

LOL, I also KNOW I had better cook! I've decided to give up the indoor grill so I could get this special stove. He could live with the price then!
