Since our back yard is a total mudhole due to the addition, DH constructed some wooden planks into a "walkway" for the dog so she can walk over the majority of the mud to go do her thing. I was so proud of her that she went out and back using the planks. She comes into the house and gives me "the look" again, so I opened the door thinking she had to go some more. She promptly stepped right into a huge pile of mud and then ran back into the house. She left three or four muddy paw prints right on the carpet before I could catch her and drag her back to where we have a bunch of towels laid down to clean her off. I think I need to buy a rug cleaner soon.

LOL! You should see all the Plywood paths we have around our new place! I told the workers yesterday, they were messy! They put an old piece of carpet in front of the door on the porch, but there is no way it can catch everything!

Bernie's got Wednesday morning early skating practices with his DD Erin for the next few weeks, so Steph is the alternate meister today.

Diane, how 'bout some updated pics on the Wilderness Lodge MN? Things must be far along by now right?

A bit muddy and not really progress to photograph right now. They built the wall to the kennel last week, but this week they are doing soffits and facia boards, so very boring. The rough in plumbing is done as is most of the wiring, but that too is hard to photograph! I hope to have photos of the big special order windows in the gable ends to photograph in a couple weeks, but they are due to arrive April 3, and we will be out of town to a dog show, so I might miss it.
